Upcoming Classes with Openings

Basic Felted Tote starts July 24. This is a great beginner class or if you practicing continental knitting.

Go Green Felted Bag-This great shopping bag is sturdy enough to haul your groceries. Yvonne has modified the pattern to accommodate circular knitting and minimal finishing.

Mitered Square Paradise pillow knit in mitered squares which build upon each other starts on July 30. Great gift idea for fall. This is a fun and easy to knit project that is very portable for summer knitting.

Beijing Olympics Knit Along

Don’t forget to email the shop your project of choice for the Olympic Knit Along. There will be a $100.00 ($125 if you knit on yarn purchased at Amazing Threads) prize drawing at the conclusion of the event for all those that finish their fun project. Event rules are on the What’s New page for last week. Knit Along begins at the opening ceremonies and projects must be completed by the end of the closing ceremony (you can knit from the first minute of the opening to the end of the closing program).

Little Lambs Project Update

We have collected 37 blankets to date. We are still in need of 33 more to reach our goal of 70 blankets by August 15, 2008. You can receive a 20% discount coupon if your blanket is knit from yarn purchased at Amazing Threads. This is a GREAT PROJECT. We need your help to meet our goal.
