What's New: 10.7.09

The weather this last week or so has really put me in the mood to knit. I know you all don't find that surprising coming from me. But, even yesterday after 10 hours at work, I was so excited to knit on one of the new fall yarns. I know the continuing rain is depressing some of us, but my instincts scream nesting. And, nesting translates to knitting for me.

There are so many new, wonderful yarns this season it is really hard to stick to just one project. I worked on a new ribbed neck warmer for the shop from the Alpaca Cotton last night and was amazed at the loft and lightness of this yarn. This yarn will be one of those featured at Friday's Yarn Tasting. Check out this garment that will be available on Friday as part of our annual Yarn Tasting Event.
