Amazing Threads -Shibui Launch, Luxury Club, Berroco Pima 100

We released the last project in our 4-month luxury yarn club designed by Romi Hill in honor of Yvonne Eyer who taught hundreds of students at Amazing Threads and touched the lives of thousands of knitters and those that benefited from her knowledge and skills. Yvonne loved purple and knitting lace.  Her Ravelry handle: RedHatKnitter
She did test knitting for many designers including Romi Hill and Carolyn Anderson. I asked Mira Cole of Baah Yarns and Romi Hill to collaborate on this project and they hit it out of the park.  The pattern "I Shall Wear Purple" won't be available until August 15, 2017 to anyone but the club members. 
   The sample will be at the shop in a couple of weeks.  It is amazing how our craft touches so many people and creates so many friendships! You are missed Yvonne.

 
Registration continues for S.ivia Harding who will teach us how to select beads to knit into Arcuato. (5 spots open) She designed Arcuato which is "a generously rounded shawl featuring a wide textured lace center panel with garter stitch." Sivia sold out the last time she taught here.
