This fluffy colorful shawl was inspired by the beautiful shape and color of a monarch chrysalis. Lavanya Patricella combined Suri with a traditional Merino Fingering weight yarn for a wonderful mix of textures. Shawl construction is a fun twist on a traditional triangular shape with lots of stripes, eyelets, and brioche!
The class will have a brief refresher on working brioche should anyone need it. Be sure to pick yarns that you can see well; super dark suri is not recommended unless you have good lighting.
