With All the new stuff I forgot to feature Knitted Wit's HerStory Monthly Sock Club all inspired by women in STEM (Science and Technology).
Each month we receive 24 skeins inspired by great women. Each month's featured woman comes with a story which I will link in the newsletter.

January features a tireless researcher and advocate, Marie Curie. She won TWO Nobel Peace prizes. We won't even pretend to understand all that she did or the contributions we are still benefiting from, but our love letter this month attempts to distill the amazeballsness that was this woman into a page and a half. Download the love letter here, and feel free to distribute to your HerStory customers any way you see fit: either by printing, emailing, or posting near the yarn.

February features Sau Lan Wu, a scientist who's been making a mark in her field since her graduate student days. The discoveries in particle physics that she has made make our knitterly brains feel a bit… scrambled.
