Open Letter to Our Customers

Changes to our lives and daily interactions are changing by the minute with the COVID-19 virus. We at Amazing Threads are vigilant about cleaning surfaces and washing hands. We have a sink at the back of the store where customers can wash hands as well.

As of today, no cases in Maple Grove but I am sure we won't be spared as the virus continues its course. We are asking that all customers and staff stay home if they feel unwell. We are closely monitoring scheduled classes and events. We are not canceling classes or events at this time. If you are registered for a class and want to cancel, please call the store and we will try to move you to another class. Our POS system sends students an email regarding upcoming classes. We will email you if class is going to be canceled.

We offer shipping and in-store pick up for online orders. We will even run your order to your car if you call us at the shop: 763-391-7700

Please keep yourself healthy and continue to shop locally. It is tough for all businesses and employees during any type of health crisis. Keep shopping locally and practice social distancing.

In my lifetime I have never experienced a situation which has impacted the lives of so many around the world in such a short time period. I believe that 9/11 spurred the resurgence of knitting and crochet. We all need to keep busy and keep our hands away from our face. Fiberarts are a proven stress reliever.

We plan to be open regular hours. No changes to our schedule for the past 18 years. We will continue to be diligent about cleaning and sanitizing. And we will continue to be available for our customers.
