| Gnomie is ready for Fall! He celebrated his day off yesterday by playing in the leaves with his sheep friend. :) Be sure to say hello to him in the window next time you're at the shop!  Our Amazing Thread Finished Object Winner is Debbie N! She shared her Pressed Flowers shawl knit in Farmers Daughter Fibers Juicy DK and Red Stag Fibre. Congrats Debbie on your $50 gift card!  If you are a crocheter or want to learn, we have several upcoming classes available for you! Two classes new crochet classes start September 17th! Learn to Crochet is for those who want to learn or haven't crocheted in a long time and need a refresher. You will make a dish cloth and scrubbie. The Paradise Hat class is perfect for those who already have some crochet experience. Make a hat just in time for the changing weather! Classes in October include Paradise Mittens and Crochet Pumpkins.  Have you registered for our event with Melanie Berg yet? We are very excited to host a zoom event with Melanie Berg on October 1st! She is a fabulous human with a love of knitting and knit design! We have hosted zoom events with her in the past and she is a joy to chat with and learn from! This past week has been a week of yarn restocks! The Malabrigo Rios and Rowan Kidsilk Haze walls were restocked last week. New colorways of Kidsilk Haze have also been added as part of the Rowan Autumn/Winter '22 launch.   Celebrate back to school with the Baah La Jolla September '22 colorway! The last bits of summer are blending with the beginning of Fall!  |

 Maxine sent us her current work-in-progress and along with a hello from across the pond! How beautiful is her Sculpt sweater by Rachel Illsey knit in Life in the Long Grass Singles.  The Chilton Cowl is one of our newest samples out to feature the latest Woolstok Bundle from Blue Sky Fibers. This cowl uses one main color in Woolstok Worsted and one mini skein bundle. The Fall Festival bundle is featured here.  Susan finished and is blocking her Sailaway Cardigan in Rowan Felted Tweed and Primrose Homestead Sport! What a great sweater to have on hand as we roll into Fall!  |

| Learn to Crochet starts September 17th!  The Paradise Crochet Hat class begins September 17th.  September's Works-In-Progress session is scheduled for September 28th!  Several Learn to Knit classes have been added to the calendar, one starting September 14th and another October 26th.  Easy V by Caitlin Hunter is a beautiful, relaxed fit sweater in worsted weight! This intermediate level sweater consists of short rows and fairsle colorwork. Starting September 15th.  September's Friday Night Stitching Event will be held on September 30th! Invite a friend and join us for a night of fun!  The Crochet Meadow Pumpkin is a single session class on October 8th.  Join Stephanie starting October 8th for the SSP (Slip Stitch Party) shawl. Our sample will be knit in Pascuali Balayage.  A new KAL has been added - Pick a Melanie Berg Sweater starts October 9th! Join us the weekend before for the Melanie Berg Zoom event and get to learn about her design process and patterns and roll right into one of her sweaters for this three session KAL!
