- Help us Give Back -

We have been made aware of a need for donated hats to give to kids in the Minneapolis school district!  We are collecting hats both store-bought and handmade.  If you have interest in knitting or crocheting hats to donate and need yarn to support the cause, please let us know as we have some superwash yarn available for this effort.

Amazing Threads is collecting clean and gently used coats for elementary and middle school students.  We have a network of volunteers who will distribute all donations.
We will also take adult coats for the homeless.

New Satchel style bags from Della Q have arrived this past week and have been very popular!  Only a few beauties remain.  The Satchel comes equipped with a hard case opening and flat solid bottom, great for keeping your bag propped open to knit or crochet out of, two secure clasp closures, and plenty of pockets and room for projects.

Also from Della Q are the Maker's Canvas Cubbies!  Made to fit inside the Backpack, Tote, and Satchel, each Cubby is cute, color coordinates with all compatible bags, and is collapsible, saving space when not in use.  Use these to store yarn, small projects, knick-knacks, and notions, or grab a few to keep your bag, shelves, car, or desk ultra-organized.  Comes in a set of two.

The Sweet Swirl Beanie is crocheted to look like a peppermint or candy cane!  Get in the festive spirit by making one of these for yourself or someone on your list.  This pattern calls for aran weight. Juniper Moon Fourteen has a great red and white option or La Bien Aimee Merino Aran would work well using the Eric Northman red colorway.

The Jelm cowl is knit in two colorways of fingering weight yarn.  Blue Sky Fibers Woolstok Light or Six and Seven Fibers Alfalfa would make a stunning cowl.

We love these crocheted star ornaments!  Perfect for hanging as holiday decorations or tie them to some of your gifts this season for a little extra something special.  The Christmas Star Ornaments are written for worsted or aran weight yarn, but feel free to get creative with your scraps and make them in various sizes!

How CUTE are these Tiny Tree Sock ornaments!  A great knitting project to use up your fingering weight scraps you have in your stash!  Get creative with color combinations and patterns!
