Scented Stitches Stitch Balm

Add some aromatherapy to your stitching with stitch balms.   Simply rub the balm on your fingers in the places where yarn passes over them as you knit or crochet or apply to pulse points, the back of your neck, the back of your hands, under your nose or on upper chest.

Here are some tips and tricks:

The balms are solid, but body heat will soften them when applied to skin. This may make the balm feel like an oil, so don’t be alarmed if it feels a little bit like a liquid.  If you applied to you fingers, as you continue to work on your project, and the yarn rubs over the balm, the area will dry and you will want to re-apply.

You control the amount of scent by how often you re-apply the balm. 

Just like a perfume, there is ‘dry down’ with the scents of each balm. Top notes evaporate more quickly and base notes tend to linger longer.
